Where an incorrect plan was delivered to the customer it shall be the responsibility of the customer to notify Nethouseplans.com within a period of 14 days after receipt of the plans.  In such cases Nethouseplans shall be allowed a unlimited period of not less than 14 days to rectify such an order. Nethouseplans reserve the right to use any postal agent of it’s choice for the mailing of plans    

Shipping

Local (South African) and SADEC Purchasers should allow for a period of approximately 2 (Two) to 7 (Five) working days for the delivery of items calculated from the day of nethouseplans.com receiving both the order and/or signed Fee Proposal and proof of payment.  Overseas customers have an option of obtaining Only digital plan files via email at no additional charge. Alternatively, customers may request that plans (hard copies) be mailed through reputable third party courier companies (i.e. South African Postal Services, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) and where the customer shall bear the cost of such services.
Delivery of parcels shall pass to the customer immediately on submission of parcels to Postal agent by Nethouseplans.com.  The customer is responsible for tracking the parcel with the relevant Postal agent.  Due to the use of such third parties, Nethouseplans.com  disclaims any liability, express or implied or for any damages, consequential, incidental, direct or indirect as a result of the use of such agencies.  In the event of any liability being imposed,  Nethouseplans’s liability to the purchaser or any third party shall not exceed the initial cost of mailing paid directly by Nethouseplans.comto the postal agent.
