House Plans/building plans/architectural designs/ home plans/ house floor plans/ brick wall house plans/ blueprints/ drawings cannot be returned for credit and/or refund under any circumstances other than in cases where an incorrect plan has been delivered to the purchaser.   

Shipping

Local (South African) and SADEC Purchasers should allow for a period of approximately 2 (Two) to 5 (Five) working days for the delivery of items calculated from the day of nethouseplans.com receiving both the order and proof of payment.  Foreign and international purchasers should allow for an additional period of approximately 5 working days.   All our deliveries are done via reputable third party companies (i.e. Postnet, South African Postal Services, DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.

Due to the use of such third parties, Nethouseplans.com disclaims any liability, express or implied or for any damages, consequential, incidental, direct or indirect as a result of the use of such agencies.  In the event of any liability being imposed on Nethouseplans.com,  Nethouseplans.com’s  liability to the purchaser or any third party shall not exceed the price paid directly for Nethouseplans.com’s products by any such agency and/or purchaser.
